In case of breakdown or accident during the opening hours of the agency, you can contact us directly at +590 590 91 55 66.
In case of an accident with an identified third party, always make sure to draw up a joint report with the other driver involved (you will find a report in the glove box). If you do not do so, you could be held responsible for repairing the damage caused to the vehicle. The report is to be returned to the agency within 48 hours for the declaration to the insurance.
If the breakdown occurs outside the opening hours of the agency, we invite you to contact our 24-hour breakdown service at +590 590 2027 57.
What to do in case of a flat tire ?
In case of a flat tire, you must replace the flat tire or use the flat tire kit provided in the vehicle. You are responsible for repairing the damaged tire. You have the option of repairing it at an authorized center or returning the vehicle with the flat tire. In this case, the repair will be charged to the deposit.
Do you want to extend your contract or do you have an early return ?
The rental can be extended subject to availability of the vehicle. You will have to contact us to obtain the agreement to keep the vehicle and go to the nearest agency to update and pay your extension. How is the return of the vehicle?
Unless you have informed us by phone, the return of your rental car must be done in the Jumbo Car agency where you picked it up. You can return the vehicle in the space reserved for returns in our parking lot.
A Jumbo Car agent will return the vehicle with you from his tablet. This is when you will hand over the keys to the vehicle. He will check the registration of the car and will make an inventory of fixtures to make sure that there are no damages.
Then, you can go directly to the shuttle at the entrance of the agency to board your flight.
