What to do in case of a breakdown or an accident ?
In case of breakdown or accident during the opening hours of the agency, you can contact us directly at +594 594 25 51 94.
In case of an accident with an identified third party, always make sure to draw up an amicable report with the other driver involved (you will find a report in the glove box).
If you do not do so, you could be held responsible for repairing the damage caused to the vehicle. The report must be returned to the agency within 48 hours for the insurance declaration.
