Delivery and/or return of your car to the airport parking lot
Pick up/Return your vehicle directly on the Airport Parking lot by the Terminal and don’t waste any of your time going to the Agency. No need to board our shuttle bus, exit the Terminal and drive straight to your destination !
The service is recommended for business visitors and frequent Costa Rica travelers, for short and long period durations. To enjoy this service you must pre-register with our staff prior arrival (instructions will be sent to you by email).

Out of agency vehicle delivery
Have you rental vehicle delivered to you or picked up (to return it) wherever you wish (hotel, office...).
You wish to go to your hotel straight after landing ? No problem, our staff will deliver the vehicle at your accommodation whevener it suits you.
Same thing when you’re leaving, set up an appointment with our team and they’ll come pick up your rental vehicle wherever you are at your convenience. Have your appointments and meetings peacefully and go catch your plane without passing by our rental agency !

Please note that the vehicle can only be returned to a certified Jumbo Car agent. The car cannot be given away on a parking lot without authorization from our staff. The driver is responsible for the rental vehicle from the moment he/she is given they keys to the moment it is returned to Jumbo Car Staff.
One way service
With Jumbo Car Costa Rica, use the One Way service to pick up your rental vehicle in an agency and return it in a different one.For instance, get your car at our agency in San José Airport and return it at our Liberia Airport office.
Service’s price depends on the distance between pick up agency and return location. Ask our office and we’ll write you an estimate.
This service is most useful for travelers who wish to visit Costa Rica and don’t plan on returning to where they began their trip. It is a time and gasoline saving solution.
You may sign up and pay for this option when making your rental reservation or purchase it at agency counter upon arrival.
Full tank option
With Jumbo Car Costa Rica you are supposed to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when it was given to you.
If you are to return the car with a lower quantity fuel, a $ 20.00 fee will apply + missing fuel will be charged.
Sign up for the Full Tank Option at a very attractive price and you won’t need to stop by a gas station for a refill when you bring back the vehicle. Return the vehicle to our agency with any amount of fuel in the tank, save time and enjoy the rest of your trip.
Service price depends on vehicle category.You can sign up for this service when making your car reservaton online or directly at our agency counter.
Cleaning service
At Jumbo Car Costa Rica, you are to return the rental vehicle in the same cleaning status as when it was delivered to you.
Choose the Cleaning Option and our staff will take care of it for you. No need to clean the inside of the vehicle nor collect wastes before you return it. We handle everything.
PS: this service does not include tapestry cleaning and cigarette smell.
